ViMP Day One


All 51 (fifty-one) participants arrived on Sunday afternoon at the Peninsula Resort, Ajah, Lekki and were welcomed by Mr. Damilola Adenusi, Program Director; Mr Abiodun Adegbola, Regional Program Coordinator, and Mrs Efe Adefulu, Director of Programs at JAN.

After checking-in and getting acquainted with each other over lunch, participants given a formal welcome and introduction of JAN; overview of the calendar of activities for the week and details of their CSR at Debiross and Elidott Primary Schools Ajah. Mr Damilola went over the JA Nation program they would be teaching the students the following day.

Participants came forth and made their individual petitions for President and Vice-President positions of the 2015 ViMP Alumni class. After deliberations Miss Tobi Owade was elected President and Mr. Joshua Agbede Vice-President.

After all schedules were finalized participants relaxed over a fairly competitive Monopoly Tournament, after which they had dinner and settled into their suites for the night.
