I am Habiva Ngor a Senior Secondary School I student of Community Secondary School Nkpogu,I am 16years old from Sokoto state. My experience in JAN Girls Enterprise program sponsored by MasterCard Foundation has touched my life and I now know that God has a plan for me indeed; I learnt how to sew cloths from the start to finish (Designing, drawing, cutting and sewing). This training is an alternative way young people can support their families legitimately. Change is not a destination in itself but a continuous journey, if we can impact our young girls one girl at a time, we can possibly reduce prostitution and the impact of poverty in our nation especially on our young girls.   Let their success be your motivation The future belongs to the children of today; not the educated ones only but rather to those willing to acquire a skill as well as education, those willing to unlearn, learn and re-learn because entrepreneurship is dynamic and key to the nation’s future development.
