This years Art Competition was success and the students performed well beyond our expectations considering the time restraints. The Company of the Year competition takes place annually for participating secondary schools.   The Program teaches students in SS1 & 2 how to set up and run a company of their own in their respective schools. It is founded on the 3 pillars of JA Programs- workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. The activities includes selling shares, conducting elections for key officers who will handle the affairs of the company like marketing, production, HR, Finances and the CEO. At liquidation, all proceeds from sales of products or rendering services is channeled towards Corporate Social Responsibility and dividends for shareholders. This years 2015 Competition theme is, "Best Product of the year".   Sponsors of this years Company Program were Citi Foundation, Abraaj and First Bank Nigeria Limited.
