JAN Awards Dinner.

JAN AWARDS DINNER – “PARTNERING TO DRIVE CHANGE”
On Tuesday 13th December, 2016, all friends, partners, volunteers, trustees, alumni, and staff of Junior Achievement Nigeria were duly represented at the JAN Awards Dinner which held at the Landmark Event Centre Oniru Victoria Island, Lagos.

The dinner themed “Partnering to Drive Change” was an opportunity to honor individuals and organisations who have made outstanding contributions to JAN in the course of the year. The award categories and winners are:

In attendance was Ogun State’s Commissioner for Education and Science, Mrs. Moji Mojota, who was the Keynote Speaker of the night. Her speech was inspiring and highly convincing as her words reflected her joys of having volunteered with JAN in the past, leading to her painting a vivid picture of Nigeria’s educational system, stressing the need for the support of Junior Achievement Nigeria. Also present at the Event was Mr. Niyi Yusuf, JAN BOD Chairman, Folake Ani Mumuney, JAN, BOD Vice Chairman and more.

We also had presentations from students and alumni of JA Elementary School Program (ESP), Junior Secondary School Program (JSP, JA Company Program, and Venture in Management Program (ViMP). The Innovative Minds (2016 National Company of the Year Winners) also made a mind blowing presentation of their product to attendees.

For us all at JAN, the events of the evening is a motive=ation for us not to relent on every effort to reache our goal of One Million by 2020. To support JAN by volunteering or donation, please visit www.ja-nigeria.org.
