Successful 2nd Edition of the Stem Innovation Camp


The 2nd Edition of the STEM(Science Technology Engineering and Maths) Innovation camp national competition organized by Junior Achievement Nigeria and Blackberry which held in Abuja on the 20th of November 2013 was a successful and interesting event. The students were very creative in thinking and the volunteers were exceptional in mentoring the students.
The students were given a business challenge: (Mobile Computing is a large part of day to day life.  Our Smartphones enable us to communicate with friends and family, do business, enjoy media, take photos, and make payments and much more.  As a team think innovatively about what else you might be able to use mobile computing for, what other service or solution might a mobile device be used for?) which they created a communication and sales plan in support of their innovative idea and then presented their business plan to a panel of judges.
