Emily Erin Deschanel is an American actress, television
producer, and film producer. She is best known for her role as Dr. Temperance "Bones"
Brennan in the comedy-crime drama series “Bones” and has won so many awards such as the people’s choice awards and the
teen’s choice award from the movie.
From the quote above, it is
obvious that she has also had her own stroll in the park of being an employee
and she was as well acting when she was acting the bones movie that she took
away a couple of award with.
Often the benefits of working for someone else are not fully
realized until working for yourself becomes a reality. A lot of
learning is done in the process of being an employee as well as a lot of
improvement in identity, character and personality.
Extraordinary employees must demonstrate
the importance of positive values, life maxims and ethical decision making
within the context of career and life decisions.
Extraordinary employees are trustworthy, down to
business, do whatever it takes regardless of
role or position to get things done, meticulous as well as great supporters.
They make work fun and get back on track when they need to. They have an innate
feel for the issues and concerns of those around them, they complain privately and
always look for ways to make processes better.
Looking at these qualities, we see
that qualify both an employee and an employer. Either as an employee or an
employer, we are all working for one or more people in the end.
