Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Camp Assessment in Maiduguri & Yola State
Last week, JAN Associate Director Mr. Harrison Ozuruonye, and Programs Officer Mr. Titilade Adeniran traveled to Maidugruri and Yola State respectively to do a hands on assessment of IDP camps to asses their needs.
We've all witnessed the tragedy inflicted on these regions by Boko Haram and we believe we can play a vital role in enabling our Northern family rebuild their lives. The situation on ground is not completely hopeless, but there is still alot of work that needs to be done.
The Nigerian military and Aid relief agencies are working very hard and we applaud their efforts and sacrifice. JAN would like to give these afflicted people access to our free programs and impart them with skills and an education nobody can take away from them.
